Reality

This world is Satan's evil kingdom, so don't expect anything.  People are sinful and selfish, so don't expect anything.

If people want relief from their suffering and fear, they must first seek the kingdom of God and His righteousness.  When people accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, they get off the broad path to hell and gain eternal life.

In a close personal relationship with Jesus, believers have His supernatural help and protection.  They, also, get His direction and wisdom in their daily back and forth communication with Him.

This life is a gift, a brief adventure and an opportunity to do things that will last forever.  Since Jesus is the way, truth and life, He is the only actual reality and everything else is an illusion.

Working For God

People ask me what is it like working for God.  I have found this to be like what Apostle Paul said in his letter to the Philippians and not like the prosperous TV evangelists.

I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether living in plenty or in want, because Christ Jesus gives me strength.  God blesses me with His supernatural love and miracles to make all circumstances an adventure.

Sometimes I am appreciated and sometimes I am abused.  Sometimes I get money and sometimes God says to help them for free.

I receive great joy in being an ambassador for Christ to spread His love, which is only possible through His strength.  Praise the Lord for our access to His supernatural powers, which are only a prayer away.

Changed From The Inside Out

When I first met our Loving Creator, I had many questions answered, which led to accepting Christ Jesus and being filled with the Holy Spirit.  After God left, I still felt a presence, the Holy Spirit.

Over the following weeks, He directed my life as my temperament, personality, clothes, diet, books, lifestyle, etc. changed.  No one liked it, except me.

With all of the change and conflict, I had out-of-this-world peace.  Pray for the peace that surpasses all understanding!

Rise Above the World

Apostle Peter wrote to Christians on how to have holy lives by increasing their faith, knowledge, self-control, kindness, perseverance, godliness and love.  This spiritual growth would keep them effective and productive in their ministry for the Lord Jesus Christ.

Peter, also, warned about the false prophets and teachers that introduced such destructive heresies that condemnation would result. Over 2,000 years later, Apostle Peter's advice is still relevant today.

If all Christians grew spiritually by increasing their faith, knowledge, self-control and love, we would be such effective and productive disciples of Christ that this world would be very different.  However, it appears that the false prophets and teachers have won.  But Christ still calls His believers to rise above this world and follow Him!

Grow Spiritually

With the second letter to the Corinthians, Paul addressed conflict, love and spiritual growth.

He used his own life of suffering and danger to verity the truth he preached.  Also, Paul shared wondrous visions and revelations from the Lord that took him to greater spiritual heights.

When people reduce the conflict and raise their love, spiritual growth will result.

The Lord will give anyone that qualifies with sincerity and truth amazing visions and revelations.

Greater spiritual heights are available for all believers!

Become Loving

During the numerous subsequent reigning leaders in 2 Kings of the Bible, God sent many prophets and a prophetess to help Judah and Israel.  No matter how good and righteous one king ruled, this could all reverse with the next one.  When the negative finally out weighted the positive, these countries fell to their foreign enemies.

Like nations, people are a mix of negative and positive attributes bombarded with lots of choices.  Some of these decisions will be beneficial and some can even cause destruction.  All people can build up their positive thinking and reduce the negative to grow personally and spiritually.

While there are many arguments for keeping negative beliefs, the best reason to change is for following the one true God.  When humans change their thinking at a deep level to predominately loving thoughts, they become closer to their Lord.  God is Love and wants His human creation to love, also.

Evolve Spiritually

Humans are born into the "drama" of physical life.  While the amount of  "drama" varies greatly, people can reduce negative experiences by changing their internal unconscious programing.

God created this illusionary world for learning and growing spiritually.  People need to appreciate their wonderful gift of life and take this opportunity to develop their souls.

To accomplish this growth, humans need to love themselves, others and God.

With this sincere love demonstrated, people would be peaceful, forgiving, gentle, humble, kind, joyful, patient, faithful and self-controlled.

Strive For Peace

To have a peaceful life, it is important for people to consider their family, friends, coworkers, etc. that they see on a regular basis.

Do these people have values and qualities that are a joy to emulate? Do they create an atmosphere of relaxation, acceptance and respect?

If not, people can improve their lives by making a conscious choice to eliminate or reduce these contacts for peace.

Reduce Dramas and Stay Healthy

People wear out their bodies from excessive emotion due to constantly activating the Fight or Flight Syndrome.

When the mind perceives danger and physically creates changes in the body for a person to run or fight, this constant repeated mental and physical stress causes internal damage that wears the body out.

The American Medical Association says that stress causes about 80% of illnesses and 60% of people die from their stress. So before reacting to a situation, people should ask themselves if this is worth being sick or dying over.

Business Is About Love

If you understand your employees, you will be able to love, accept, and care for them. You want more than employees; you want allies, allies on the path of service.

Once we have created good communication and harmony in our workplace, we can extend it to our customers or constituents, and finally to the larger community.

~ From the book, The Art of Power, by Thich Nhat Hanh

Choose God and He Will Provide

But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

Matthew 6:33-34

Tranquil Hearts Origin

This business started because I wanted to share the fast, simple methods for changing beliefs that took me over 30 years to learn. However, what to call my business?

After I had removed enough negative beliefs and expanded my perceptions to include a personal relationship with God, I learned that The Lord has an interesting opinion. God told me to use the word tranquility and tranquil for my business.

Oh no, not a word that is difficult to pronounce and not in common use! This did not sound like good marketing. So, I asked, "Why?"

God said, "Because there's not enough peace in the world." Well, that made sense to me.

The Three Keys for Changing Your Thinking

1) Always replace unhelpful beliefs with beneficial, realistic ones that connect with the original thoughts you want to change.

2) Tell yourself to turn on the switch by making a conscientious decision to change.

3) Repeat new thoughts often enough (20-60xs a day) to create the change you want.

Skills For Peace

The methods I used on how to switch my thinking ranged from thousands of years old to ones having been developed in the last century and can be found in many resources (including my web site). They are general enough to apply for everyone and powerful enough for lasting change.

The secret to using these skills for obtaining happiness was to implement them with the most beneficial thoughts being a conscious choice. As children, integrating information unconsciously and its acceptance as truth is one of humanity’s wonderful innate survival mechanisms.

However, while these integrated beliefs can be very useful as children, they can now become an obstacle to happiness as adults. The key to overriding this misinformation was to frequently repeat the method along with consciously choosing to replace it with specific beneficial thoughts.

It was not difficult to implement, just being mindful of what I thought and why. What took a long time was gaining this information and recognizing the difference between opinion, truth and reality. Just understanding this difference can be a huge relief and bring a certain amount of peace. But when coupled with changing from distressing thoughts to useful ones, this is truly wondrous peace!
