New Year's Resolution

My New Year's resolution is to become more obedient to Lord Jesus.  Specifically, I want to finish the two books He assigned me to write.

I put off writing these books because there are already lots of books wrote better covering the same subject.  However, the Lord feels differently and kept telling me to write them.

This last week, He sent a faithful Christian to explain why the books I write are important.  She told me that my books are unique and will reach a huge audience that needs them, even long after I am gone.

When she told me this, I said that sounds like something the Lord would say.  She told me that it is because He told me to tell you it.

So I am making a resolution to write my books this year and become more obedient.  Thank You, Lord Jesus, for sending Your messenger to encourage me!

Spiritual Birthday Gifts

My husband's birthday was this past week and the Lord blessed him with amazing gifts for even more spiritual growth.  He first received a letter about his identity being compromised, then an out-of-state ticket in his name for someone else and the weird problems continued.

Sometimes our gifts are tests for us to pass, so we know our spiritual growth is definite.  Real spiritual growth is an increase in love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control under all circumstances.

My husband has significantly grown spiritually this past year, which began in December of 2014, so it was time for testing. The great news is that he passed with flying colors!

There were no dramas but just prayerful problem solving.  Thank You, Lord Jesus, for Your peace that surpasses all understanding and supernatural help for change!

Jesus' Birthday

We celebrate Christmas because Jesus Christ was born into this physical world.  Since it is His birthday this month, what are you giving Him as a gift?

I wanted to give out gifts here and around the world for Jesus to needy children, so I asked if He would like that.  Jesus said, "yes."

He sent people to give me money and directed me on how to do it.  What fun!

Since Jesus does so much for us all year long, shouldn't we give Him a nice birthday gift?  All we need to do is pray and ask Him what He wants.

Being Prepared

One big advantage to a close personal relationship with the Lord is how He prepares us.  I was asked to preach not long before Thanksgiving on the Sunday right after it and could easily say, " yes."

Lord Jesus had been telling me for weeks that He wanted me to preach and what to say.  I was ready when asked.

Life is so much easier when our Partner knows the future and prepares us.  Thank You, Lord Jesus!

Being Grateful

Celebrating Thanksgiving gives us the opportunity to stop and think about being grateful.  Thank You, God, for creating me and my life.

At one time I was suicidal, and now I am filled with amazing joy.  Thank You, Jesus, for giving me Your love and peace with eternal salvation.

Since I work for the Lord, He provides for my every need and gives me supernatural help.  For this incredible relationship, I am very grateful.

He has brought so many wonderful people into my life that they are too numerous to mention.  However, there are two people that I rely on every week for help to do my work.

My Christian husband, J., does everything he can to support me, from editing theology to cooking.  The second person is Anna Mahler, my talented tech support.

She is the nicest person I ever met, and we have been working together since 2009 when the Lord brought her into my life.  He answered my prayer to have the perfect person to work with and has continued to answer my prayers many, many times since.

This support from Jesus is available for everyone, 24/7, anywhere and for anything.  He has supernatural power and gives us eternal life.

Now that is a miracle to be thankful for!

Holy Help

The Lord will help us with all areas of our lives when we prayerfully ask.  Nothing is too small or too big.

I stopped at by daughter's house for short visit before going to my next appointment.  As usual we got talking and time flew until I realized that I was now running late.

After I left for my next appointment, I prayed for a short cut that would get me there on time.  Immediately, the Holy Spirit reassured me and told me where to turn, and then the next turn, next turn and so on until I didn't have any idea where I was.

Suddenly, the Holy Spirit told me to look right and there was the location of my appointment.  I pulled into the parking lot, still reeling from the strange experience and looked at the clock.

I was ten minutes early, left ten minutes late and only took ten minutes to get there.  I am amazed how easier my life is when I follow the Lord.

Thank You, Jesus, for answering all of our prayers, no matter how small or how large the need!

Prayer Power

My husband and I saw a funny, inspirational, powerful movie called, The War Room.  It is about how to win spiritual battles with prayer because every problem here is a spiritual one.

This film is so true!  I have learned that if I want to powerfully change a situation, only through prayer can I make a big difference.

For example, after my husband and I married, he became depressed.  I tried ignoring the problem and then counseling him but only when I really prayed a lot did he get better.

I recommend this movie for everyone that wants to learn how to improve their lives.

Prayer is free and simple to do but carries a big supernatural, life-changing impact when God is in the picture.

Faith

When I was a child, I learned that faith is believing in something that I cannot prove is true.  Now as a Christian, I know that faith is based on evidence and absolute proof of its truth.

Because I have kept a prayer log, I know that 97% of my prayers are answered.  I'm still waiting on the 3% and 5% were, "no," but that still makes for a lot of, "yes."

This week two big answered prayers were for healing.  I went to visit my dad in the nursing home and found him crying and moaning in pain.

When I talked to his nurse, she said he couldn't have any more pain medicine and suggested prayer.  So I prayed for about an hour until the pain was gone.

Dad even said his strength had returned, got out of bed and went to supper.  The next day I fell down a slippery porch and landed on my right hand and foot.

I couldn't feel or move either one, so I gingerly sat up and prayed until the feeling came back, mobility returned and the pain was gone.  Every day I have evidence of my faith and know that my Heavenly Father loves me.

Heaven or Hell?

So far this year, there have been five funerals of people I've known.  Funerals are awful when I don't know if the person is in heaven or hell, because there's nothing scarier than hell.

And, it is so easy to get into heaven.  All a person has to do is accept God's plan for his or her salvation through Jesus Christ.

Unfortunately, many people want to do things their way instead of God's way.  But God only wants what is best for us, and that's why He came down from heaven in human form as Christ Jesus to mend our relationship with Him.

What a glorious, loving plan!  All we need to do is accept Christ Jesus as our Lord and Savior in sincere prayer, because we need God to live a fearless life now and a joyous eternal one next.

An Art Show Sign

After the last exciting art shows, my husband and I have been praying on where to go next.  Well, we got our answer this past week.

We got invited to church for a Christian art show during their fall dinner fund raiser.  I asked how they knew we had great Christian art and the woman that invited us said that another woman in church told her.

So I asked this other woman how she knew, and she said that she woke up in the middle of the night and God told her to tell the woman in charge to invite us because our art is really good.

The church art show was an interesting experience and now we know that church is our next step in our art ministry.  Thank You, God, for Your holy direction!

More Holy Redistribution

In my last blog I wrote about how I got things to pass on to others and still had a hospital bed, so this last week I prayed about it.  The Lord directed me to the internet, so I assumed I would be posting it on a site for getting rid of stuff.

However, as I prayed on what heading to put the hospital bed under, I was told, no, to all my questions.  So, I switched to a search and a wonderful organization called HELP popped up.

The Lord confirmed that this was where He was leading me.  St. Louis HELP is a non-profit organization that lends out hospital equipment at no charge to whoever needs it and the equipment drive had just started.

Thank You, Lord, for letting me be Your hands and feet!  For more information on St. Louis HELP, check out their website at www.stlhelp.org

Holy Redistribution

One of the Christian duties I never imagined I would be doing was redistributing stuff.  The Lord explained to me that everything here was His and it sometimes needed to be moved around.

So when a person asks me if I want something, I pray for direction or if an opportunity comes up to acquire something, I sometimes feel the Holy Spirit nudging me to take it.  Redistributing God's stuff is very rewarding.

Not long ago, I gained a couple of suitcases and an electric hospital bed.  Last weekend, I went over to visit some neighbors before they left on a trip and the Holy Spirit told me to take the suitcases.

I didn't know it but they needed the suitcases and were very grateful.  Now I'm waiting for someone that needs a hospital bed.

Jesus Fixed My DVD Player

My husband and I don't watch television channels but we do enjoy inspirational movies.  So when I bought a Christian movie to watch and our DVD player didn't work, we were bummed.

Whatever isn't working, I always pray for the Lord to fix and He has healed people, pets, cars, appliances, phones, etc.  This time was no different.

About three minutes after my husband and I prayed, it started working and is still playing fine days later.  Experiencing this small miracle made us feel loved and taken care of by Jesus.

Being in the care of Jesus is available for anyone at anytime by just asking Him to come into your life and save you from sin to be the Lord of your life.  All of the benefits from a relationship with Jesus is innumerable and free.

All Humans Are Alike

While I knew God created us all alike, this became obvious to me after advising people around the world.  What a miracle, we all have the same problems and need the same solution.

All humans in this world experience problems to help them grow spiritually, and this growth is evident when we have love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control.  We all make choices every day to be like this or not.

The easiest way to accomplish spiritual growth is when we have supernatural help.  I have done spiritual growth before knowing Jesus and after being with Him.

Before, it was hard work and limiting but, after, it was easy with His supernatural help.  His love, acceptance and guidance is only a prayer away.

Another Sign From God

My husband paints Christian scenes from the Bible and was unsure about its acceptance in the art world.  We had received a sign from God about doing Christian art at the last art show, so we prayed for a sign at this one.

All Christians need signs and wonders from God to build up their faith because this world provides constant discouragement and pointless distractions.  God gave us His miraculous sign when my husband won the highest possible award, "Best In Show," at the art festival.

Only with the Lord's direction can we be successful for eternal purposes.  His help is freely available for anyone, at any time and any where with sincere prayer.

Christians and Muslims

The two largest religions in the the world are Christian and Muslim.  Both groups of people claim to worship the same Creator God, trace their roots to Abraham in the Old Testament and know about Jesus.

The Muslims believe Jesus was a prophet and the Christians believe Jesus is the Christ.  As Christ, Jesus came to reconcile us to God by becoming our Savior from sin and the Lord of our lives.

Both religions teach a moral code of ethics to respect others and neither religion teach to kill people of other religions, unless in self-defense.  So why are we killing each other?

All humans have free will and a sinful nature.  Because of this, we can choose to do good and follow what God wants or we can give in to our sinful side and do evil.

When Jesus is the Lord of our lives, he gives us the love, strength, joy, peace and direction to be the unconditionally loving people that God created us to be in all circumstances.  This miraculous free gift of help is only a prayer away.

Be Like Christ

Christians are called to be like Christ.  This is actually what the name, Christian, means.

But when a Christian acts like Christ, it is a miracle.  Most Christians act like everyone else in the world.

Christ Jesus told us the Commandments of love to follow, and commandments are requirements.  When we do this, we stand out.

We, Christians, must love God first and everyone else second.  This type of love is unconditional, which means generous, with pure motives, no expectations, never critical, always encouraging and totally forgiving in thought, word and deed.

This high standard is impossible without Jesus leading our lives and when this miracle happens, everyone will notice.  Jesus Christ's help is only a prayer away.

Miracle Healing

I spent this past week at the hospital with a friend that was supposed to die.  He had sepsis, which is a deadly internal infection, and with his other health issues the doctors said that there was to way he would survive.

So we had lots of people in many different churches praying, and God answered, yes.  Instead of dying within the week, he was back home in three days because the infection in his body had disappeared.

Praise The Lord!! The healing power of Jesus Christ is only a prayer away.

Trials and Tribulations

This world is full of problems and along with death, we can count on suffering here.  I talk with people almost every day about some type of problem.

While there are many problems, I know of one sure solution for all of them.  When we allow Lord Jesus to lead our lives, the worries and stresses disappear.

We can still have the same trials and tribulations but with His peace, strength and direction it all becomes ok.  Jesus knocks on the door of everyone's heart but most people do not answer.

Even when we let our Lord into our hearts, He is often left in the foyer.  Only when He runs our whole life can we rise above the trials and tribulations to live joyful, holy lives.

Pray For Holy Direction

My husband and I went to an art show this past weekend.  He had been working on Christian paintings but was unsure because so many people had told him religious art doesn't sell.

So we prayed for God to give us a sign on this Christian art and we sure got one.  We had people praising, buying and even someone in tears.

A man told us that he connects with God through art.  These wonderful testimonies gave us the confirmation we needed.

Holy direction gives our lives wondrous, joyful meaning and is only a prayer away!

Be Organized

Jesus wants us to have organized, logical minds and how we live represents how we think.  So, my next step after unattaching from things was to organize what I have left.

I found this difficult until I got help.  Our Lord God has creatively organized everything from the smallest elements to the huge universe.

He taught me to use creativity and it became fun.  What I didn't expect was how great it made me feel.

From my organizing and doing God's Will, I got His supernatural peace and comfort.  The Lord only wants what is best for us and His guidance is only a prayer away.

Be Unattached

Jesus wants us to travel through this world without being attached to it.  So, I have been working on getting rid of the physical things in my life that I love.

This is a touchy subject for Christians, so I want to clarify what I mean.  When we are attached to physical things, the things become more important than people, being organized, financial responsibility, eating healthy, etc.

Then things become our important relationship, security and comfort, instead of Jesus.  This does not mean we have nothing, but choose very carefully and prayerfully what we allow in our lives, so we do not put obstacles between us and God.

We must put our time and resources into the "things" we take with us into the next life, like love, spiritual growth, doing God's will, truth, etc.  Jesus wants to help us and He's only a prayer away!

A Safe and Speedy Trip

I was going to pick up my sister at the airport and hadn't been there in over ten years.  After telling friends at church why I was leaving early, i got lots of advice.

They told me I might not make it in time because of road construction and to set an intention.  I told them all I needed to do was pray for a safe and speedy trip, which I did right after saying this.

I found no road construction on the highway and arrived 50 minutes before expected.  I learned about cell phone parking lots for waiting and had time to pray in worship and thanksgiving.

What a wonderful experience we have when we turn to Jesus for help instead of listening to humans.  His supernatural help is only a prayer away!

Prayer Instead of Pills

When I went to teach someone this past week, he told me that studying the Bible would be impossible because the pain was so bad.  The pain killer the doctor prescribed wasn't working and the new medicine hadn't arrived yet.

This was a wonderful opportunity for prayer, so that's what we did and the pain left.  He couldn't believe that Jesus would relieve his suffering.

I explained that this is how it works for Christians.  Jesus wants to do things for us, and He wants us to do things for Him.

A close personal relationship with Jesus is the best gift we can give ourselves.  Since he loves everyone, all we have to do is ask Him.

Marital Bliss

After three years of marriage, my husband and I finally have marital bliss.  When we got married, I didn't expect the changes in our relationship that happened.

Marriage always brings new expectations and issues from the past, but I didn't think my husband would become depressed.  However, as Christians that God brought together in union with Him, we have some advantages.

When I did my Biblical counseling, it usually ended in drama with me praying for help.  The Lord gave my husband dreams and insights that changed him a little but not enough, until I got very sick in January, 2014.

I told my husband this illness was probably caused by stress and then he decided to really change.  As the Lord and us worked on the depression issue, it happened less and less until September of the same year.

Then the depression hit my husband so hard that I became depressed, also.  The Lord really reached out to us, restored us and taught us that when we follow His Words, we have sanity.

Our problem was believing untrue information from the world (which included family and church members) and lies from Satan.  After being "depression and drama" free for ten months now, we've began our marriage anew by putting Jesus first, so we are always following Truth, and it is blissful:-)

Doing God's Will

I've discovered that doing God's will can be difficult.  First I need the ability to know His directions from my own sinful desires and the devil's input.

This discernment comes from knowing the character of God through the Bible, with recognizing His voice/presence from experiences and by asking for affirmations when in doubt.  The Lord always gives confirmation of His directions, like feelings of supernatural love, signs, dreams, etc.

Sometimes the guidance I need is encouragement and this is what I prayed for this past week.  He gave me a dream with tribulations but I prayed to Jesus for help, so I could rescue a child and make it to safety, which I did.

Not only do I pray for help when I'm awake but in my dreams, also, and this one gave me the strength to persevere.  There is power in the prayers of loving, obedient, sincere disciples of Jesus.

To know Jesus and get His help, ask Him to enter your heart as your Savior from sin to be the Lord of your life.  If you have any questions, just ask through the free email on the home page of my website at www.tranquilhearts.com

Family Fun

This past weekend has been one of great joy with my family. I had family come in from out of town for Saturday, and we went out of town to visit our children on Sunday.

I had been praying for reconciliation in our family, and God has blessed us this past weekend with lots of family.  My husband was worried about conflict, but we had joyous peaceful visits full of love.

However, this works best under the direction of Jesus because we have the free will to stay crabby but He knows how to plant the seeds of change.  Thank You, Lord, for making this holiday full of family fun!

Family Harmony

Every since I got married three years ago, I've been praying for reconciliation in our family.  There are many reasons why families grow apart, like being too busy, unresolved issues, nothing in common, geographical distance, unrealistic expectations, etc.

Since God has a spiritual purpose behind everything He does, there are reasons why we're connected together in a family with these specific people.  However, this doesn't mean that we accept abuse or manipulation but pray fervently in all situations for supernatural help to stay in His will.

While I've seen many miraculous changes in family members over the last few years, this past week and upcoming weekend is awesome.  I had the privilege of meeting half of my husband's siblings last week and now Father's Day weekend will be one of family fun with relatives on both Saturday and Sunday.

When human family fun gets overwhelming, we should pray for help from our real Father because He is all powerful, loves us unconditionally and has a wonderful plan for our lives.

This supernatural support for family harmony is only a prayer away through Jesus Christ.

My Miracle of Singing

For most of my life, I couldn't sing but I began to think about the importance of singing last year.  I realized that music was a ministry, angles sing in heaven and worship includes songs.

I wanted to be part of this joyous sound so I prayed to be able to sing for 6 months.  Then one Sunday morning in church I started singing a hymn and noticed I could sing on key, recognized I was doing this and could follow the music.

This was definitely a miracle and recently I sang a solo acappella in church.  I had many complements on my lovely voice.

All the credit goes to the Lord because my voice did not develop from hard work but an answer to prayer.  One minute I couldn't sing and the next minute I could.

But it took me a year to accept this new change and put it to the test.  Even when Jesus changes us for the better, it's hard to let go of the past.

Healed In Bed

My husband woke me up in the middle of the night hurting from head to toe but especially his legs.  I felt his forehead and he was burning up.

We thought maybe it was the flu but didn't know.  After giving him 2 aspirins, we prayed for a complete healing and went back to sleep.

The next morning he felt great, and we knew Jesus had healed him.  Aspirin only relieves symptoms and its effects would have been long gone.

Only the Physician Jesus still makes house calls.  Thank You, Jesus, for healing my husband!

Obedience Is Best

Before the storms came, I was cleaning out the dirt between the wood boards on my front porch, so there wouldn't be a small pond afterwards.  I began with a screw driver until the boards got too close together and then switched to a sharp knife.

I was tired, crabby, stressed and not open to advice from anyone.  Suddenly, the Holy Spirit told me to stop because I was going to cut myself.

Instead of stopping, I continued and proceeded to argue the point.  This didn't last very long until I cut my finger.

I felt very foolish and pathetic.  Should I go to Him for help or the doctor for stitches?

I decided that I trusted in Christ's mercy more than the medical profession, so I repented and asked for help.  I received His forgiveness, pain relief and the bleeding quit.

While I have no pain and the finger is healing, the wound is still there to remind me of how obedience is best.  No matter what we foolish humans do, Jesus' grace and mercy is only a prayer away!

Answered Prayers

My friend stopped by because she was frustrated with not having a phone.  She had lost her fancy expensive one and then bought a new one that didn't work.

She used my phone to straighten out the new problem phone but before she left, we prayed.  We prayed for her to get back the lost phone, for God to send her phones and for a financial increase.

Within a week, she received more money, four phones and her favorite one returned through a series of miracles.  However, she now finds having five phones to keep track of stressful.

While her prayers were answered and this problem is small, on a larger scale getting a, "Yes," to our prayers could lead to serious unforeseen consequences.  Maybe we should be thanking God when He says, "No."

A Wonderful Mother's Day

My daughter that almost died last year gave me a wonderful testimony for Mother's Day.  She sent me a picture that spoke to my heart and told me that we had the same Spirit.

The picture said: Let us be Silent that we may Hear the Whisper of God.  This is a powerful truth.

If we don't seek Him, we won't know Him.  Thank You, Lord, for teachings us Your ways!

Prayer Works

My neighborhood is questionable and quite a few homes have pit bulls.  I pray for Christ's help and protection for all of us here.

After years of prayer, I received my first sign this last week.  Instead of wild parties, I heard loud Christian gospel music.

Thank You, Jesus, for the revival that has arrived in my neighborhood!  Jesus says to pray and never give up (Luke 18:1).

A Joyous Miracle

When I visited my daughter that had almost died last year, she was smiling and glowing with extreme happiness.  I asked her what was going on?

She told me that she gave her whole life over to Jesus and He filled her with His love, peace and joy.  Then she explained how easy it was with Him as her leader and how very difficult it was when she was doing it herself.

Praise the Lord! Jesus' love and support is just a prayer away.

Supernatural Forgiveness

Last weekend, I was stressed and shopping for someone else when I passed Easter candy on clearance.  Without thinking, I regressed to my old habit of eating sugar for solace and bought some.

My promise to Jesus that I would eat healthier was gone and my lunch of chocolate made me sick.  But the nausea did remind me of Jesus and my promise, so I asked Him for forgiveness, healing and what to do with the rest of the candy.

Jesus gave me His peace, healing and told me to give the candy to the woman on the corner.  I looked over and saw a woman on the street corner with a sign for help.

I gave the woman the candy, some money and said a prayer for her.

Thank You, Jesus, for Your supernatural mercy and forgiveness!

Signs

Since Jesus is the Lord of my life, He makes the decisions.  So with miracles as a normal part of life, I prayed for the money to buy a new trowel as a sign.

Before going to the store, I looked in my wallet and found an extra dollar I didn't have before.  I doubted if this would cover my purchase but I went to see.

The new trowel that I wanted only cost 84 cents, and I had my sign to begin gardening.  Thank, You, Jesus for taking such good care of me!

Spiritual Maturity

As a Christian, I'm amazed and overwhelmed with the loving sacrifice Christ Jesus made for us.  And as a follower of His, I want to seriously do Luke 9:23, which says I must deny myself and take up my cross to follow Him.

So I prayed for the Lord to teach me and He answered me in three dreams.  In each dream I was busy but not accomplishing anything, and then my left hand hurt so bad that I woke up.

I looked at my left palm and saw a read circle in the middle, so each time I prayed for healing, received it and the first two times went back to sleep. As I was thinking in the morning after the third dream, the message became very clear.

Only with Jesus as the Lord of my whole life can I achieve spiritual maturity.  Thank You, Lord Jesus, for my spiritual lessons!

Jesus Heals My Dog

Recently my dog, a 140 pound yellow lab, woke me up whining and crying in pain.  I prayed and his pain quit but he still couldn't stand up.

So I prayed until he was completely healed and soon we were back going for walks.  Sometimes our prayers go unanswered because we give up too soon (but, of course, there are other reasons).

Jesus tells us in Luke 18:1 to pray and never give up.  The healing power of Jesus is available to anyone sincerely, whole-heartedly seeking Him because He rose from the grave and still lives today.

God's Always on Guard

Sunday evening at church I was listening to an awesome minister from Kenya, Africa.  He preached about how God protects us even when we don't know it and the importance of staying in His will.

Unknown to me until I got home, the trailer next door had burned up while I was in church.  However, my home and property wasn't even disturbed at all.

Thank You, Lord, for protecting!  24/7 protection is only a prayer away through the love and mercy of Jesus Christ

Life With Jesus

For Jesus to be the Lord of my life, I begin the morning by praying for His will to be done and seeking His direction all day long.  This changes my life from normal to supernatural.

One example from this year of a supernatural day for me began with prayer.  Then I got ready and went to get my money from the drawer before leaving, but it was gone and all I had was about $6 in my wallet.

I had already paid bills and given the rest of the money away, so I prayed about what to do next.  Jesus told me to go, so I went.

My gas tank was on empty, so I prayed and was told to buy gas with the $6, which I did.  Then I went to my first appointment and received $5 from the person I was there to help.

Before leaving for the next appointment, I prayed if I should buy lunch or gas.  Jesus told me to buy lunch, and He put enough gas in my car to get me to my second appointment.

At my second appointment, I received no money from this person, so I prayed on what to do before leaving for my third appointment.  Jesus told me to go, so I left and drove over 20 miles without the gas gauge even dropping down one bit.

Then at the third appointment, the person gave me enough money to buy gas for a month and said this money was from the Lord.  With Jesus as our Lord, life becomes a joyful, exciting, supernatural adventure and all we need to do is pray!

My Birthday Gift

Since it was my spiritual birthday as a Christian, I asked the Lord for a gift.  He gave me five dreams to explain how I am doing.

In my first dream, I learned that I am halfway to being a mature Christian.  I asked how I could improve and He answered me in the next dreams.

The next two dreams showed me how I waste my time trying to rescue pets and people that don't want it or need it.  Then in the fourth dream, I am surround by people at a party that want to hear about Jesus and love Him.

So I ask how I can have this in my life.  In the last dream, I see a body in a tomb and am told that I must die to myself.

What an awesome birthday gift!  Spiritual growth is only a prayer away!

God Protects Our Home

Since the snow and ice started falling, I have stayed home, all nice and cozy.  I always pray for protection over my home but didn't think anything about really needing it until yesterday.

When I went out to get the mail, I noticed my mailbox door was open and had to be bent slightly to close it.  Then I noticed the tire tracks and flat snow.

Someone had drove over the waist high snow in my front yard, missing my mailbox, vehicles and trees.  The tracks stopped three feet from my home, and I never even heard a thing.

What a strange world.  Home protection is only a prayer away!
